Rental prices for the 2025 / 2026 season

• High: first full week of July through the end of August (Saturday arrivals and departures).
• Mid: June, September, and other holiday periods (Spain, Netherlands, UK, Germany, and France).
• Low: all other periods.

** For stays shorter than a week, the daily price may be slightly higher. Enter your dates to receive an exact calculation.

Discounts for longer stays available upon request.

Arrival, departure & length of stay

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• High season: arrivals and departures on Saturdays, minimum stay 7 nights
• Mid and low season: minimum stay 3 nights

Payment

The full amount including the deposit must be paid within 7 days after booking.

Cancellation policy

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
